Gemini Adult: Delivery & Returns Policy
At Gemini Adult, we prioritize your satisfaction, health, and discretion. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we adhere to a strict hygiene and return policy to ensure that every customer receives items that are 100% factory-sealed and safe for use.
1. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to South African health and safety regulations and the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you are unhappy with the product after it has been opened.
- Hygiene First: For your protection and the protection of all our customers, any item that has been removed from its original, sealed packaging cannot be returned or resold.
- Unopened Items: If you have purchased an item and have not opened the packaging or broken the seal, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit, provided you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Defective or Faulty Products
We stand by the quality of our curated collection. If you receive a product that is mechanically or electronically defective, we will honor the following:
- Reporting a Fault: Any defects must be reported to Gemini Adult within 3 days of delivery or purchase.
- Assessment: Defective items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (chargers, manuals, etc.). We will inspect the item to verify the fault.
- Resolution: If the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement or a repair in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
- Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, or using the incorrect charging cables.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Discreet Packaging: All orders from Gemini Adult are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There will be no mention of "Gemini Adult" or the contents on the outside of the parcel to ensure your privacy.
- Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch all local and national orders as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For "unopened" returns, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
4. How to Log a Return
To initiate a return for an unopened item or a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out via our official contact channels with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Wait for Authorization: Do not send items back before receiving a return authorization from our team.
- Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your digital invoice or physical receipt ready.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances once the seal is broken or the item is used:
- Lubricants, oils, and cleaning products.
- Lingerie, hosiery, or any wearable intimate apparel.
- Any toy or device that has been unsealed.
Disclaimer: Gemini Adult reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or if the packaging is damaged to the point that the product’s hygiene integrity is compromised.
